At present, with the improvement of production automation in the packaging industry, multifunctional machine operations such as cardboard printing, die-cutting, slotting and corner cutting, bonding, binding, and bundling, as well as machine packaging production lines for cardboard box users, have been widely used. The requirements for flatness are becoming higher and higher, and paper boards that do not meet the requirements will be automatically stopped or exited by the packaging production line. We believe that there should be a standard for the flatness of corrugated cardboard, which is convenient for operators and quality inspectors to follow the operation inspection and is conducive to controlling the quality of the process.
The flatness of corrugated cardboard must be measured after being placed horizontally without any external force, with the chord height as the measurement value. The flatness is divided into three levels:
The first level accuracy is suitable for multifunctional machines such as printing, die-cutting, slotting, and corner cutting, used for high-precision machine packaging of cardboard boxes;
The second level accuracy is suitable for the production of printing and die-cutting machines, used for packaging cardboard boxes with high accuracy;
The third level accuracy is suitable for single machine production such as printing, cutting and indentation, and slotting machines, and is used for packaging cardboard boxes with average accuracy.

① The preheater required for each layer of paper, especially for the surface paper, should be able to adjust the length (wrapping angle) of the heating surface of the paper at will;

③ An electric fan ventilation device should be installed in the area where the paper emits moisture after preheating.
