The Effluent Treatment Plant System (ETP System) is also called Paper Mill Sewage Treatment System which is commonly used pretreatment methods, pretreatment process mainly includes: Grid, screen, fiber recovery system, water regulation and water quality, and other processes. According to different sewage quality of paper industry, different pretreatment methods can be adopted to remove part of pollutants, improve the sewage quality, and make the whole sewage treatment system to achieve the best treatment effect.
The main purposes of Effluent Treatment are as below:
1. To improve the quality of water, sewage after treatment, water quality from the original pollution through a time of filtration and elimination, so that the degree of water pollution significantly reduced, to make water usable again.
2. Rational use of water resources, so that the water use cycle in the upper reaches does not affect the water body function in the lower reaches, and the social cycle does not harm the objective law of natural cycle, therefore, to maintain or restore a good water environment in cities and even river basins is an effective way for the sustainable use of water resources.
3. Improve the ecological environment, improve the quality of the city and promote economic development. If the sewage is not treated, it will be discharged into rivers, which will not only pollute the environment, but also adversely affect the quality of people's water.
4. Promote water cycle. The natural cycle of water is a non-equilibrium open system with self-organization structure, and the social cycle of water is an equilibrium system with artificial organization structure.
5. Protect buildings, industries and other facilities. As is known to all, water can cause serious corrosion to metal equipment and pipelines. Due to its high salinity, oil-bearing sewage in oil fields has dissolved oxygen, which dissolves acid gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in different degrees, such water treatment and reinjection formation will cause corrosion to treatment facilities and reinjection system.
