This 2500 Corrugator Line consists of hydraulic shaft less grinding roller frame, automatic splice machine, pre heater, NC single side shears, steam boilers and pipes (all parts of customers), etc.
Kraft paper roll is pressed and bonded with cornstarch glue, which is continuously produced and cut into single-sided corrugated board, and then laminated into 3/5 layers of corrugated board by trough laminating machine or paper pressing machine, which is pressed and fixed.
