Single Facer Group Machines
Single Facer Group Machines are for corrugated cardboard production lines. We offer different types of Single Facer Machines as below:
1, VACUUM SINLGE FACER
--Outer vacuum Single Facer, side walls are casted by superior grade cast iron, excellent rigidity and stability, low noise.
--Corrugated rollers, pressure rollers are lubricated with high temperature grease, ensure adequate lubrication of the bearing. Select joint venture company TWB bearings.
--Work surface of each paper guide roller, preheat cylinder, is grinded, plated by hard chrome. Select LK bearings.
--Main motor is controlled by inverter; Vacuum fan is high-pressure centrifugal fan.
--Glue Roller surface with meshes, plated by hard chrome, even of feeding glue, save more glue, glue thickness is adjusted by electro-motion.
--Glue system whole body might be drawn out, easy for roller changing, maintenance is very convenient. Select joint venture company TWB bearings.
--Inverter, and the remaining mainly electrical components select famous brand, high quality, all in compliance with CE standards.
--Protective cover, and multiple protection features to ensure safe production and adequate durability.
2. AUTOMATIC INNER VACUUM SINGLE FACER (Cassette type)( Change flutes in 1 Hour)
Whole machine center is low, equipped by Inner vacuum structure, less noise, corrugated paper surface without long track (potential bending), more strong structure paper cardboard, suitable for high speed production.
Is equipped with vacuum structure, there is a pair of corrugated rollers to make a paper sheet into one corrugated paper, then, agglutinated with another paper sheet into one single Face cardboard.
Flute Type: UV, flutes B , C, E, F.
Corrugated Roller is made of material 48CrMo alloy metal,heat treatment with high frequency,precise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60, outer surface of Corrugated rollers is plated with hard chrome.
3, VERTICAL CASSETTE TYPE SINGLE FACER (Change flutes in 20 minutes 300M/min)
The whole machine control by the computer and equip with One pairs of corrugated roller, so can achieve Multiple Flute.
(1) The whole machine adopts hydraulic controlling technology, can ensure the flute can high speed setting and glue perfectly.
(2) The corrugated roller use gear clutch achieves independence transmission, no need to equip with locking mechanism.
(3) Use direct-drive three point transmission, the running speed will faster than before.
(4) This machine should work in middle and high-speed corrugated paper production line.
(5) Use high pressure centrifugal fan with muffler, so the noise is low.
(6) The roller is made from special alloy steel.
(7) Each paper guide roll, pre heater, press roller do the grinding treatment and Hard Chromium Plating.
(8) The whole machine use high temperature centralized oil lubricating.
(9) Equip with infrared broken sensor in order to achieve paper breaking automatic protection; when the paper is broken, the press roller will exit and the glue plate also exit.
(10) Glue controlling includes electric control and automatic control.
-According to the production line's running speed, via the motor achieve requested sizing amount.
-When you set automatic, according to the running speed's changing, the sizing amount can be adjusted by the encoder and PLC and also has numerical value indicating on the panel, ensure the sizing amount is stable when the corrugated machine is do the speed change and also make sure the single ply's quality is stable too.
(11) Use same High rigidity pedestal, transmission and pressing integrative; independent drive box can achieve the communication between the PLC and transducer, another hand this design can save energy when the corrugated machine is accelerating or decelerate and have communication port for the management system.
(12) Equipped with spraying device, can adjust roll paper's humidity.
VERTICAL TYPE SINGLE FACER (Change flutes in 15 minutes)
The whole machine control by the computer and equip with One pairs of corrugated roller, so can achieve Multiple Flute. This method can enhance the production efficient, mitigate the worker's labor intensity, the whole process just need 15 minutes.

2-1. FAST CHANGE TYPE INNER VACUUM SINGLE FACER
(1) The whole machine control by the computer and equip with two pairs of corrugated roller, so can achieve Multiple Flute Type fast change together but no need to move out and change separately, this method can enhance the production efficiency, mitigate the worker's labor intensity, the whole process just need 5 minutes.
--The corrugated roller use gear clutch achieves independence transmission, no need to equip with locking mechanism.
>--Use direct-drive three points transmission, the running speed will faster than before.
--This machine can work at middle and high speed corrugated paper production line.
