Automatic Control Steam System For Corrugated Line
Main features of our Automatic Control Steam System For Corrugated Line:
1. All bypass valves are automatic control, (setting temperature 0-200 degrees, because the water quality of iron ion content is too high during 0-80 degrees, so at that time the condensate should not be recycled into the boiler and need to do the low-temperature discharge action). When the temperature reaches the set point the valve will be closed, when the temperature is below the set point, the valve will be opened; we also can control by manual way.
2. The hot plate is divided into three groups of steam supply and drainage, steam can be affected by pressure regulator (proportional control), automatic adjustment of each section in the baking temperature (for a single pipe system and connection, according to the paper material and type of change control switching steam pressure to change the baking temperature, on board the leveling degree and quality plays an important role), discharge water detection and control, keep the steam water separating state, let the steam heat reaches the limit.
3. The second use of steam from single facer, can keep the steam flow faster under the same pressure in the corrugated roller, in order to let the temperature become stable.
*Manual Control Steam Heating System is optional, economical type.（Customer is in charged to install the main steam supply pipes.）
(1) Every machine which needs steam is designed group temperature control independently.
(2) The positions of the pipe system which are connected with rotating parts, are used metal flexible tube to realize gentle connecting to protect and last the natural life of the rotating parts.
