1. Aydly robotic arm host adopts 40Cr structure, which is stable and not easy to deform. After the host is welded, the deformation of the equipment is guaranteed by a 7-day hard force release process, in order to make the equipment have higher precision and stability; after the hard force is released, all surfaces are processed by gantry milling to make the precision more accurate and maximize the utilization rate of linear guides and sliders.

2. Aydly robotic arm is a standard four-axis palletizing robot. Each joint adopts high-precision RV reducer, and the assembly type adopts tooling technology. The lifting axis is NMRV reducer, and the four-axis joint is more flexible and more stable; the host includes an automatic oiling system, which is maintenance-free.

3. Aydly robotic arm host servo cable uses a 10 million times high-flexible cable, which contains a memory battery. When the power is off, the memory battery is used to memorize the data. The next time the machine is turned on, it can continue to work according to the last operation; this makes it easier for workers to operate.

4. Aydly robot arm's electronic control system is developed using chips; it is more stable than PLC. The host does not work through induction signals, but completes the stacking action through the action memory of the teaching system, which is not affected by external environmental factors; and it supports four-axis linkage; the stacking accuracy is more accurate.

5. The rotating part of Aydly robot arm base uses castings to ensure the stability of the equipment. The rotating structure uses a high-precision RV reducer to work with a servo motor. The assembly process is within 0.3mm to ensure the accuracy and speed of the equipment; the operation is more flexible and smooth.

6. Aydly robot arm has high reliability and high-speed stability, a large range of motion, strong handling capacity, and can operate without maintenance for a long time. The internal servo independent control can avoid the influence of external interference signals on the equipment.

7. All conveyors of the whole line are controlled by modules, and the conveying equipment can be started and stopped frequently for a long time. With various detection components, the whole line can operate stably and reliably for a long time.

8. High-precision sensors have strong anti-interference, anti-pollution and stability performance to ensure the working reliability of the equipment.

9. The electrical control system adopts integrated single-chip control and automatic/manual switching function. The normal operation is automatic operation, and the manual operation mode is used for maintenance, debugging or emergency treatment.

10. Aydly robotic arms carrier adopt the clamping method, and the clamping distance can be freely adjusted according to the material.

11. Aydly robotic arms are designed according to the safety concept. The robot arm itself has multiple extreme position protections to ensure the safety of personnel within the range of activities. At the same time, all dangerous working areas are isolated by guardrails, and safety switches are reserved at many places along the line to stop the equipment in time in case of accidents.

3,Gripper structure:

Aydly robotic arms adopts claw finger type special bag gripper, equipped with pneumatic clamping device and pneumatic opening/closing device. The overall frame is made of aluminum profiles, with a solid structure and a stable and reliable gripping process. The gripping teeth on both sides of the gripper can be manually adjusted to meet the requirements of different specifications of bags. The gripping teeth are made of nylon plastic material, and the spacing between the gripping teeth is consistent with the center distance of the roller of the code machine.
