Our Automatic UV Spot Overall Coating Machine adopts the bite transfer structure and chain design of the offset printing machine. The machine can comprehensively consider thick, thin paper and can be used for full UV and partial UV coating. The drying section is a conveyor network structure, using a large diameter die press, so that the finished oil film is very flat, accurate and bright.
Feeder of the Machine:
Our Automatic UV Spot Overall Coating Machine is equipped with four suction cups, six conveyor cups and blowers are convenient and smooth.
Front Side Lay Gauge:
When the plate reaches the front recliner, the left and right pull down gauge can be used. The machine can immediately stop the feeding by means of a bladeless sensor, while releasing pressure to leave the bottom roller in a varnish-free state.
Varnish Supply:
Steel rollers and rubber rollers, blade design controls the consumption and volume of varnish to meet product needs, easy to operate (valve consumption and volume are determined by the LPI of ceramic alloy rolls.
Transferring Unit:
After the paper is transferred from the pressure cylinder to the grip, the blown paper volume can smoothly support and reverse the paper, preventing scratches on the surface of the paper.
