In our Automatic Vibrator Stacker Machine, all motors of the waste washer are independently controlled by independent buttons and can be operated independently according to production requirements. Our Automatic Vibrator Stacker Machines can include pneumatically controlled front conveyors. Vibration speed control is available.
★ The front end of garbage cleaner is equipped with a medium-pressure fan to achieve effect of garbage cleaning.
★ The bottom two sides of the garbage cleaner are equipped with a flat belt, back end is equipped with a waste paper separation board, which is convenient for matching with the waste paper output belt, completely outputs waste paper, reduces waste paper cleaning.
★ The waste cleaning mechanism is composed of a double vibration cleaning structure. Each is driven by a separate motor, and better waste paper removal can be achieved by different vibration frequencies.
★ The tail of the garbage cleaner is equipped with an axial fan and brush device, so that the vibration waste paper falls from the cardboard to achieve the best cleaning effect.
Auto Stacker Unit
Counting system of our Auto Stacker Unit:
★ The paperboard counting mechanism composed of back-end paper receiving parts, PLC, photoelectric switch can accurately and quickly achieve counting.
★ The hydraulic upper and lower system of the elevator guarantees strong and safe operation Carton loading height: 1600-1700 mm
★ In the uninterrupted state of our Auto Stacker Unit, the carton can be set to automatically stack and count any data between 10-50 pieces, the counting is accurate and easy to operate.
★ It can realize 150 copies in one minute, can adapt to the production requirements of 2 or 3 carton boxes out at a time.
★ Pneumatic control front conveyor.
