Uses and features of UV coating machine:

Aydly full automatic single head UV polishing machine is a technical upgrade based on the original three-roller varnishing machine. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation of metering rollers. The amount of oil applied to cardboards of different thicknesses can be controlled by different line speeds. It is simple and convenient to operate. After varnishing by UV polishing machine, the orange peel phenomenon no longer appears. The surface fineness of the glazed products has been fundamentally changed, so that the glazed products have achieved the best effect. Aydly UV varnishing consists of 5 units: automatic cardboard feeder, coating oil head, infrared drying, ultraviolet drying and automatic cardboard collection. The combination of working units can also be adjusted according to customer requirements.

1. Automatic cardboard feeder

◆The cardboard feeding air head adopts oil-free vacuum air pump cardboard suction system.

◆The air head position can be adjusted according to needs.

◆Equipped with cardboard overlap controller and cardboard shortage shutdown protection device.

◆The cardboard feeding table can realize non-stop cardboard addition.

2. Oil coating head

◆The coating machine is equipped with a highly sensitive air knife system to smoothly coat thick and thin cardboard.

◆cardboard roll shutdown protection: When the cardboard rolls onto the coating roller, the equipment alarms and automatically shuts down.

◆Equipped with fine-tuning control of coating effect and feeding amount to facilitate users to make corresponding adjustments according to needs.

3. Infrared dryer

◆Aydly UV varnishing is equipped with infrared drying equipment.

◆Can be used for drying after water-based or solvent-based coating.

4. UV drying machine

◆UV drying hardens UV varnish, makes it wear-resistant, and makes the cardboard surface brighter.

◆Rapid cooling system prevents cardboard curling.

5. Automatic cardboard collection machine

◆Belt-type low-noise cardboard collection, upper and lower pressure track design, smooth and stable cardboard collection.

◆Thin cardboard coating is prone to curling, vacuum suction conveyor makes cardboard delivery smoother.

◆Pneumatic flapping cardboard collection, smoother cardboard collection, flapping frequency can be adjusted according to customer needs.
