First, indentation is not clear, there are dark line, fried line phenomenon, in the carton die-cutting, indentation dark line is not supposed to be indentation line is due to the indentation pressure caused by excessive cardboard fracture phenomenon. Indentation is not clear, there are dark lines, burst line phenomenon may be the paper on the water content is too low to increase its brittleness, toughness is reduced: steel wire selection is wrong; steel wire pad paper is too low or too high; Improper pressure adjustment of mould press. Solution:

 

1) re-adjust the height of steel wire;

2) check whether the selection of steel wire is appropriate;

3 )adjust the pressure of die-cutting machine properly;

4 )according to the situation of die-pressing paperboard, adjust die-cutting indentation process conditions, make the best of both.

 

Second, the incision is not clean, resulting in unclean incision may be due to poor steel knife material, blade is not sharp, poor die-cutting adaptability; Die-cutting machine pressure or pressure adjustment and steel knife height adjustment is not coordinated, die-cutting operation, etc. .

 

Solution:

1 )often check the wear of steel knife edge, so that timely replacement of steel knife;

2 )according to the printing paper cutting performance, select different quality characteristics of steel knife;

3) appropriate increase pressure;

4) re-adjust or replace the steel knife or pad paper, so that die-cutting to obtain a solid pressure effect.

 

3. The position of die-cutting indentation is not accurate, the cause of die-cutting indentation may be the position of the row of knives and printed matter is not consistent; Operation of cardboard deformation, overprinter is not allowed.

Solution:

1) according to the sample requirements, re-correct plate position,

2) adjustment die-cutting paper feeding positioning rules, so as to keep consistent with the feeding position;

3) Aim at the cause of position, reduce the influence of printing defects on die-cutting quality.

 

4 The irregularity of indentation line may be caused by improper tightness of row knife and fixed knife, the bottom can not reach the ideal contact effect with the platform plane, and the indentation is easy to twist (the steel wire is too tight) ; The indentation is easy to move around (steel wire too loose) ; steel wire pad paper thickness is insufficient; groove angle is not standard, there are extra round angle steel wire pad paper indentation groove left too wide, indentation position is not fixed and so on.

Solution:

1) replace the steel wire pad paper, the pressure slot narrow,

2 )increase the thickness of steel wire pad paper,

3 )correction slot angle,

4) rows of knife fixed knife tightness to be appropriate.

 

5 die-cutting after the paperboard has a knife, the cause of die-cutting after paperboard has knife phenomenon is the pressure of the template is not uniform, where the pressure is small knife; die-cutting blade is not tax, resulting in knife; paper thickness is too large, can not cut through the paper completely.

Solution:

1) according to the actual situation to replace the die cutter;

2) increase local pressure.

 

6 after die-cutting the paperboard adhesive knife plate, the cause of die-cutting after paperboard adhesive knife plate is too sparse around the rubber filler, insufficient resilience; according to the rubber performance selection is not suitable for the steel knife is not sharp, the paper is too thick, causing the knife or pressure is too large.

Solution:

1) according to the situation of plate steel knife, reasonable selection of different hardness of rubber, and plug, pay attention to the density distribution of the master, the main edge can not be missed;

2) adjust the pressure to make up the lack of sharp blade, if you can not solve the problem to timely replacement of steel knives.

 

7, folding paperboard crease cracking, if the outer side of paperboard indentation cracking, is too deep indentation or indentation width is not enough; paperboard internal cracking, mold pressure is too large or too deep crease.

Solution:

1) appropriate to reduce the height of steel wire, according to the thickness of paperboard will be appropriate to widen the indentation line;

2) reduce die-cutting pressure or change slightly lower steel wire.
