Soft Calender are made of chilled or alloyed cast iron. The roller is heated by oil, hot water, steam or electricity. Soft rollers (ELASTIC ROLLERS) are controllable medium and high rollers covered with EPOXY resin, nylon, synthetic rubber, vinegar, venane and other materials. Soft press has a group of two rolls or three rolls a group, soft and hard rolls with a variety of types. The number of rolls and the coating material is determined by the requirements of the finishing paper. Soft pressure light is the process of heat and mechanical energy transfer to the paper frame, fiber composition is vitrified by high temperature, and then the friction caused by mechanical pressure and roller surface speed difference makes the internal fiber of the paper frame better combine, produce luster, improve smoothness, has little impact on the strength of the paper, suitable for a variety of paper finishing.
