Operation instructions:

Before starting Aydly paper tube cardboard crusher, check whether all parts of the machine are normal.

1. Turn on the fan first, then turn on the crusher; after the machine is started, listen to whether the sound is normal, and ensure that the waste paper can be continued without any problems. When the machine is shut down, make sure that the crusher has no material before shutting down.
2. Break the paper tube to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the paper tube before breaking. The paper tube must be broken after one is broken before breaking the next one. The thickness of the broken cardboard should be controlled within 150mm. If it is too thick or too big, it can be divided into two parts and broken.
3. The electrical appliances of Aydly paper tube cardboard crusher is equipped with a protection device. If too much material is added, the overload protection will automatically trip. After protection, the power must be cut off and then powered on. After powering on, you must wait 5-10 seconds, and then reverse the power and turn it on to normal. Turn the machine forward again.
4. Regularly add butter to the gear chain for lubrication and maintenance. Regularly check whether the gear oil is missing in the reducer and fan (gear oil type 80W-90W); observe whether the motor belt is loose once every shift, and adjust if it is loose.
