Structural characteristics
1. The fully servo window patching machine adopts a motion intelligent control system (9 sets of servo systems in total) human-machine interface. The close cooperation between servo and photoelectric sensors enables effective monitoring and correction of product deviations at various workstations, ultimately producing high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
2. The feeding unit of the fully servo window patching machine adopts servo photoelectric feeding, and the touch screen inputs the length and speed, making the feeding fast and accurate. Suitable for laminating, reverse UV, nano UV, oily and water-based glossy cardboard and corrugated cardboard. In addition, a punching station has been reserved, which is suitable for smooth cardboard output of thin cardboard and slightly warped cardboard.
3. The fully servo window patching machine adopts servo control for the cardboard pulling and feeding station, which can be operated directly on the touch screen to adjust the connection speed between the cardboard and the pulling pin by changing the angle, making the cardboard feeding of different types more stable and smooth.
4. The suction and conveying station of the fully servo window patching machine adopts servo and fan combination, which can change the wind force for different specifications and sizes of cardboard, so that the cardboard can always be stably adsorbed on the conveyor belt.
5. The gluing part is composed of servo motor, cylinder, photoelectric, solenoid valve, 304 stainless steel cylinder, glue separating guide plate, side limiter and gluing cylinder, which can be easily pulled out for setting and cleaning conveniently. Adjustable glue separating guide plate to control the glue range and outflow volume. After stopping machine, the cylinder can lift the gluing cylinder and drive it with another independent servo motor to avoid the glue from solidifying. The gluing cylinder can freely adjust its position axially and radially without stop the machine. Once meet with double sheets or empty sheet in the gluing part, the gluing unit have the function of lifting glue, which prevents the glue from contacting the suction belt effectively.
6. The film cutting, normal pasting parts are controlled by servo motor and automatic deviation correction, with characteristic of high precision and fast speed. The film mechanism also adopts servo control, which can be jogged as a whole, fine-tuned left and right, and quickly aligned with the window.
7. The film feeding part uses the air expansion shaft to load the film. The tension control function makes the servo film feeding more stable, eliminating stretching and reducing inertia. At the same time, it is also equipped with the function of printed film side tracking and stop due to lack of film.
8. The collecting part has the counting function, which can be counted in batches, and has automatic machine stop function when has cardboard jam.
