Therefore, the permeability of the cardboard, the absorption rate of the ink, the thickness and smoothness of the cardboard, these four properties of the surface paper, respectively, will cause poor printing such as missing prints and dents.
2. Printing plate materials

The resin plate is made of resin, and the aging of the plate is caused by too long. Abrasion, weak elasticity. Therefore, it is easy to cause poor coloring and affect the printing effect.
Ⅱ. Ink: The quality of the ink also directly affects the printing effect. The quality standards of the ink in four aspects: stability, permeability, fluidity and viscosity are the key.
3. Equipment
The rubber roller is aging, the elasticity disappears, and the anilox roller is worn, resulting in the ink not flowing well to the printing plate, resulting in poor printing and unclear printing. The balance of the mesh roller and the balance of the bottom roller are not well adjusted, resulting in white edges and white exposure.
4. Operator
Proficiency: The machine needs to be operated by humans, and the proficiency of the printing operator directly affects the printing quality. Experienced printer, after hanging the resin plate, he will start the machine and print a sample for comparison and adjustment. The effect printed by the cylinder can be adjusted to the best. It takes a long time for novices to get familiar with the equipment, and it may be adjusted many times and the printing effect is not good.
5. Environment
Dust and temperature and humidity, the dust of the production environment is relatively easy to stick to the resin plate, resulting in white or burr quality accidents, temperature and humidity will affect the concentration of ink.
